- As far as possible various services can be done at your place, on-site.
- Diagnosis
After the last storm or thunderstrom your PC doesn't start up again? Or the peripherals (like printer or scanner) don't react anymore ? The problem will be found and a proposal will be done.
- Optimisation or repair of frozen or too slow acting PC's: virus-, malware-, spywarescanning and removing ("total cleanup").
Cleaning the system: removing the so called "temp-files", optimisation Register, virusscanning and -removing, updating drivers, and hoovering inside.
- (Re)installation of software (legal only!) and configuration it. Included is virus-, malware-, spywarescanning and removing, backupping your data, installing software and drivers, restoring your data and testing the systeem.
It is assumed that the pc is working properly and the client supplies the (legal) software.
The Operating System Linux and may applications aswell, are generally free of charge.
- Restoring or configuration of connections to the Internet , e.g. ADSL, dial-up, WimMax ("Territoir-sans-fil"), E-mailaccounts, private networks.
- Replacing hardwarecomponents, like hard disks, network- graphics- or soundcards, installing memory-bars, CD-/DVD-drives.These components will normally be supplied by the client. After the assembly a thorough test of the system will be done.
- Recovering of "lost" data (like pictures, documents, music, etc) after an electricity or power failure, lightning stroke or erroneously delete or formatting. As desired to be delivered on CD, DVD, USB-stick of -harddisk. (CD's and DVD's included)
The best chance to recover lost data is to power off the pc immediately.
- Backupping data (pictures, documents, music) to a removable medium (CD/DVD/USB-stick/-harddisk).
- Designing websites and if required getting it on-line and maintenance of the site. The administrative process for registrering a domainname can be done for you too
- Instruction and coaching in using the computer (Internet, wordprocessing, etc)
If necessary with loan-pc with Linux-Ubuntu (if available) and free e-mailaddress.
- Depending of the amount of participants it can de done at your place at home or somewhere else.
